Welcome to SUN IS UP SERVICES. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our medical tourism facilitation services. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Introduction

SUN IS UP SERVICES (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides medical tourism facilitation services, connecting patients with healthcare providers in Tunisia for medical treatments, surgeries, consultations, and related services. As a medical tourism facilitator, SUN IS UP SERVICES does not provide medical advice or perform medical treatments. We assist with logistics, travel arrangements, and coordination between patients and healthcare providers. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

SUN IS UP SERVICES offers facilitation services, including:

  • Coordinating appointments with healthcare providers in Tunisia.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements (flight bookings, accommodations, local transport).
  • Providing visa and other documentation support.
  • Facilitating pre- and post-treatment consultations with healthcare providers.
  • Providing general information about medical treatments and procedures.

3. No Medical Advice

We do not provide medical diagnoses, treatment, or advice. All medical services are provided by licensed healthcare providers with whom we collaborate. Any medical information provided by SUN IS UP SERVICES is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. You should always consult directly with qualified healthcare providers for medical treatment and decisions.

4. Responsibilities of the Patient

As a patient using SUN IS UP SERVICES, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal, medical, and financial information necessary for us to coordinate your services.
  • Follow all instructions provided by healthcare providers regarding medical treatments.
  • Acknowledge and understand the risks and benefits of medical procedures.
  • Obtain proper travel documents and ensure all legal and immigration requirements are met.
  • Arrange appropriate travel insurance and health coverage as needed.

5. Cost of Services

The costs associated with medical treatments, travel, and accommodation will be discussed and agreed upon before services are provided. SUN IS UP SERVICES offers transparent pricing, and our facilitation fees are separate from medical fees charged by healthcare providers. You will be responsible for paying the medical provider directly unless otherwise arranged.

Pricing Transparency:
We strive to provide clear and upfront pricing for all services. However, medical costs may vary depending on the complexity of the procedure and the individual healthcare provider. You agree to verify the cost of your treatment directly with the healthcare provider.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment for Facilitation Services: Upon booking our facilitation services, you agree to pay the agreed service fees to SUN IS UP SERVICES. These fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • Deposit Requirements: A deposit may be required to secure appointments, travel arrangements, and accommodations. The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking and must be paid within the specified timeframe. The confirmation deposit is necessary to ensure your arrival at the Medical Center. By its legal nature, the deposit is a payment for our services, but the Clinics will decrease the treatment price by the amount of the deposit you made. As a result, with SUN IS UP SERVICES, you will pay no more than if you would contact a clinic directly. Still, the deposit is not a payment for the ordered medical services.

  • Payment Methods: SUN IS UP SERVICES accepts payments via bank transfer, credit card, or any other payment method agreed upon during the booking process. All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice, and any currency exchange fees are the responsibility of the patient.

  • Payment for Medical Services: You are responsible for paying the healthcare provider directly for medical treatments and procedures. SUN IS UP SERVICES does not handle payments for medical services unless otherwise arranged through a package deal, in which case all terms will be communicated to you clearly in advance.

  • Payment Due Dates: Payment for facilitation services and deposits must be completed prior to the start of service. Failure to make payments within the stipulated deadlines may result in the cancellation of your booking.

  • Late Payments: Any late payments may incur additional fees or lead to the cancellation of services. SUN IS UP SERVICES reserves the right to withhold further services until outstanding balances are settled.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Medical Procedures: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a procedure, you must communicate with us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies vary by healthcare provider, and any refunds or rescheduling will be subject to their terms and conditions.

  • Travel and Accommodation: Cancellations and refunds for flights, hotels, and other travel-related services are subject to the policies of the relevant service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). SUN IS UP SERVICES is not responsible for any fees or penalties imposed by third parties.

  • Refund Policy: Facilitation fees paid to SUN IS UP SERVICES are non-refundable unless specified in writing at the time of booking. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • Medical Outcomes: SUN IS UP SERVICES does not guarantee medical outcomes or the success of treatments. All medical procedures involve risks, and it is the responsibility of the patient to fully understand these risks and discuss them with their healthcare provider.

  • Third-Party Providers: SUN IS UP SERVICES acts as an intermediary between the patient and healthcare providers, travel companies, hotels, and other third parties. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of any third-party service providers, including medical complications, treatment outcomes, or travel-related issues.

No Warranties: SUN IS UP SERVICES makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the quality, safety, or success of the medical treatment or services provided by third-party providers. All liability for medical procedures remains with the healthcare provider.

9. Travel Insurance

SUN IS UP SERVICES recommends that you purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover any unforeseen complications or expenses related to your medical procedure or travel. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have adequate insurance coverage.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. SUN IS UP SERVICES will only collect and use your personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and applicable data protection laws.

Data Sharing: Your medical information may be shared with healthcare providers, travel agents, and other service providers as necessary to facilitate your medical tourism journey. We will ensure that your data is handled securely and only for the intended purposes.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Tunisia. You agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to mediation or arbitration in Tunisia.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Amendments to Terms

SUN IS UP SERVICES reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
